Desserts make people feel good, so people are fascinated by sweets, animals also like to eat sweets, and all kinds of food deeds have been heard from time to time, so I was inspired to develop this series of works. I hope everyone can experience the beauty of desserts and animals.
Kyoto Japanese sweets Mahjong
Sparrows are commonly found in farmland in Taiwan, and the grains will be eaten when they are ripe. Red beans are also one of the favorite foods of sparrows. The wagashi in Kyoto is beautiful in appearance, exquisite in shape, and various in variety. The base is usually a combination of mochi skin and red bean filling.
*The best way to eat wagashi is with matcha. In the elegant Japanese room, with the outdoor scenery of the four seasons, it adds a bit of elegance.
