Desserts make people feel good, so people are fascinated by sweets, animals also like to eat sweets, and all kinds of food deeds have been heard from time to time, so I was inspired to develop this series of works. I hope everyone can experience the beauty of desserts and animals.
Raw Chocolate Cake with Civet
Humans have been consuming cocoa since 5,000 years ago, and they have used cocoa to produce a variety of products, from desserts, drinks to curries.
Cocoa beans are a kind of poison for most animals, especially if there are pet cats and dogs at home, never let the furry pet at home eat chocolate, because cats and dogs cannot metabolize the food alkali in cocoa. But there are still some animals that can eat cocoa beans and like to eat cocoa beans. In the cocoa gardens in southern Taiwan, if you see cocoa being eaten by the shell and fruit, then you know that the murderer is a civet cat!
